I'm doing ok. I went to the ortho yesterday and he told me no strength work at all for at least a month and then I have to start back slowly. This was expected, but not what I wanted to hear. I am allowed to do anything as far as cardio, but the only things that don't hurt my tailbone are the stairstepper and exercise bike. I'm glad I can at least do that, but I am bored. So, I have spent lots of time feeling sorry for myself and eating chocolate and then getting mad at myself for being so ridiculous - I need to keep this in perspective!
I was so happy about your daughter's sonogram!! What a thrill that must have been for all of you. Did you find out the baby's sex?

Hi Again!

I'm glad you are doing okay. I would be bumming big time also. I know it's easy for me to say, but you won't lose that much in a month w/o your strength training. Maybe you can just REALLY concentrate on EXTRA cardio. That burns FAT TOO. :D Just to share something else with you~I had done Hi/Lo aerobics for years and years and when we got our Stair Stepper, I started adding it in 3x/week and I lost weight!! I had students coming up to me saying, What are you doing? You have no Butt. (Not that not-having-a-Butt is good. I did have some! LOL!!) I just added my stairstepping back in last week and I am looking to lose a few inches "back-there" again. Be patient with yourself. You have lots going on right now with the possibility of the move, not to mention the care of 3 lil' boys & a hubby. Thanks for mentioning Julie. It was such a thrill I can't tell you. Julie & Scott do NOT want to know the sex. :-( (Granny kinda would like to know!!!;-)) Just kidding! We just want a healthy baby. I'll have to have you meet me up in Cleveland sometime after the baby comes and we'll do lunch & go visit him/her!! Take care and know we all are thinking of you.(I should have E-mailed you. Hang in there, kid!!! We ALL would be bummed if we were told to lay off the good tape workouts we love! Just remember the good stuff on the tube you should be watching to keep your mind occupied. For me, it's political TV!!! Ain't that boring?!! I could put on election results and peddle away the time like nobody's business!!! Just think how much you could ride while watching Gone With the Wind!!!!!!
