Hi! What diameter ball do I need for Cathe's workouts? What length Dynaband should I buy? I didn't see the information when I looked online, so excuse me if I didn't look at the right spots. Thanks!:7

The ball size is dependent on your height...look at the package. Some balls are suitable for people of all heights, but the one I purchased comes in varying sizes. The band length is a 6 foot medium tension (green by Dynaband). I also have the purple (just a tad bit more tension) to use for the firewalkers (oohh the burn}( ). HTH...
