Equipment Needed for the BB Series

Can anyone tell me what new equipment we will need for the Body Blast series? I know there was mention of ankle weights (and body bar?) but if someone could tell me specifically what is new and also what poundage Cathe uses...THANKS!!! (need to be prepared!)
 
I used a dumbell in place of the body bar for the inner thigh work. I used to do the Firm, and so was used to using a 10# dumbell for inner thigh work. I had to take it off after a while though because Cathe does a LOT more reps than I was used to with a weight - LOL! The ankle weights in Legs & Glutes are optional, and I used 3# ones, but I think if you don't have them you can still get an effective workout. She does use the stability ball quite a bit, but there are probably ways to modify that if you don't have one. I'd have to go back and look at the poundage she uses in each video, but if I remember correctly, it's similar to the poundage she uses in other, current videos. Hope this helps!!

Yep Carol... weights for the other tapes are fine and yes the stability ball is used quite a bit.

I just am using a broom stick instead of a body bar - works fine.

Funny I had ankle weights as well from the early 90s with the Firm vol 1!! I'm getting great results - Yippee!
 
Robyn I've had ankle weights since then too, and for those same tapes - LOL! I was using 5# ones with the Firm, so I was used to them. I haven't done Legs & Glutes again yet, but I've already put the weights back in my ankle weights to make them 5#'s again.

Carol - too funny huh!!

Are you getting great results too :) Must say especially firm on my butt and upper thigh :) Hope you find it as good as well.
