The only equipment you will need for Low Impact HiiT is a moderate weight dumbbell or two. The other low impact workout on this DVD ( Low Impact HiiT One) only uses a mat and dixie cups. Even when you do a premix that combines segments from each video you will only need minimal equipment.
For low impact, Cathe's feet are high off the ground. That's okay, I usually do that too during some of her low impact workouts. Love the minimal equipment!!!!
