Enough Cardio??

For some reason, I only have the motivation to do cardio classes at the gym (spinning and step), Monday through Thursday. At home, on the weekends, I only have the desire to do the PS tapes and yoga. Am I doing enough, or should I really add a day of cardio at home?
Maybe I don't want to do it because I would do Cathe videos 6xs a week for months straight last year and am still burnt out. Oh well, thanks for any replies.

.....and that's probably not a lot, if you're doing four days of INTENSE cardio and you're doing it for,say 45 minutes to an hour, that's maybe quite enough for you for one week. Cathe's new tapes have cardio sections of about 30 minutes, (the express package)which is very managable.

My own personal experience shows that I can only take two, or three days at the most, of intense cardio. I have to get in some not-so intense cardio like walking in between. Last week I did 5 days of cardio with two intense days, and I'm pooped today.

And, hey, we all respond differently to our workouts!!!! Listen to your bod, chick....it's talking to you! If it says, "Rest," or, "Slow down," it's best to listen!
