Enough Cardio? Ab ?'s and more ?'s

I currently do cardio about 3-4 times a week. I have three strengh training videos (not cathe) that I do twice a week and rotate them through the weeks. Is it enough to be doing these videos only twice a week? I do a little ab floor work on the days I do my cardio because there is not an ab section on my videos. I am looking into incorporating some cathe videos in my rotation. Probably will buy pyramids then muscle max. DO these have ab segments in them? This is what i'm considering as a rotation, is this sufficient? And, is there any 20-30 minute good ab videos out there? Also, Do i need the high step for these videos, I do not own one. Thanks! I'm pretty new to working out so have A LOT of questions! =)!

week 1 - video i own already 2x a week
week 2 - video i own already 2x a week
week 3 - video i own already 2x a week
week 4 - pyramids 2x a week
week 5 - muscle max 2x a week
then start the rotation over. of course incorporating cardio 3-4 days a week on these weeks!

You might want to look into coremax it has 3 20min ab routines. I really would suggest getting a high step there is calf work and leg presses that use it. Both MM and Pyramids have ab routines but they are only 6-9min. Hope that helps.

There is a new abs circuit only dvd coming out soon with the release of the STS program. I think I read it has 6, 10 minute routines. And you can buy this DVD separate from the whole program.

Ok, just found it, yes the new sts abs circuit dvd has six, 10 minute routines.

I have MM, and the regular step is used as a bench for upper body, and in the leg routine. However I have a weight bench, so I just use my high step for the leg work.

If you have enough risers, I wonder if using a regular step would work as well as the high step in the pyramid dvd.

I do have both regular and high steps, and prefer to use the high step when I can.
