energy boost

Good Morning to All,

This week I have been REALLY tired. No energy. What are some suggestions to get energized again. My workouts have been blah blah blah. I haven't been sleeping much so maybe a nap! LOL. I have been eating good... plenty of calories. Just blah. When this happens do you take an extra day off or just bully through it?

Maybe you need a rest day...or maybe you need to increase the carbs in your diet?

Just a couple of thoughts.:)
 
Hi. I agree you may need a rest day. The days I used to feel blah, I would just bully through it. And I would feel better when I was done exercising. As you know when you exercise your body releases endorphins that make you feel good. Good luck.
