Endurance cardio videos?

I am tring to slim down me legs and someone told me to do more endurance type cardio. What videos could I use? Is there any other ways to help slim my legs? O, I forgot to said that I can not run. I hurt my ankle a few months ago, I can do anything but run. Please Help!!!!!! THANKS!!!

I have to say that more than cardio routines, what has slimmed down my legs is weight training, especially Cathe's strong legs and abs from the pure strength series. My legs are sleeker, less jiggle and they now give me more endurance for my beloved step cardio routines. Go for it!

I have to second this response, along with urging you to try kickboxing, if you haven't already. This seems to target your butt and outer thighs.

Light weight and high reps have worked best for me, and don't neglect inner thigh work. This is what worked best after years of trial and error. That being said, you have to experiment to find out what works for you.
