Thank you very much Ladies for your warm wishes. Is it just me or is the time between birthdays getting shorter?;-)
I'm being very good this week, eating clean and doing some extra cardio (StepBlast this morning was too fun:7). I'm very excited for my Birthday especially because my beloved big brother is coming and I haven't seen him in 2 years, he's 6'6" and gives the world's best hugs. I can't think of a better way to start another year than surrounded by family and friends. LIFE IS GOOD

Thank you very much Ladies for your warm wishes. Is it just me or is the time between birthdays getting shorter?;-) I'm being very good this week, eating clean and doing some extra cardio (StepBlast this morning was too fun:7). I'm very excited for my Birthday especially because my beloved big brother is coming and I haven't seen him in 2 years, he's 6'6" and gives the world's best hugs. Happy Birthday Laurie!!! Yes family is wonderful....great you get to see your brother. I have 3 sisters and always wanted a brother......and if I remember right aren't you a massage therapist?...if so I was going to remind you when I got one so you could too....had a great one last Tues and am going to go 3 weeks now instead of 4.....addicted?...yes......Carole

You remembered correctly. It was your thread that made me realise it had been far too long since I had been on the table and prompted me to get back to it. The other therapist and I are trading monthly now, still not enough but it fits the schedule It's wonderful that you are enjoying the benefits of massage, (wouldn't a massage after MIS feel like a dream? ahhhhh....).
I'll concentrate on cardio today and birthday cake tomorrow;-) .
