That is what my shape comes out to being. I have a question on legs, do you do 1 or 2 leg workouts a week?? And you keep them very light with weights right?? Right now, I have been doing B&G's Leg Blast, Gs Legs, or BBBB w/ Traci, and goihng light on weights. I just don't see much results, even though it has only been a few weeks. I would just like your opinions....Thank You.

I'm a meso-endo with more of a pear shape. I have a difficult time losing any inches off my legs/calves while my waist keeps whittling away. I started adding in more brisk walking and intervals on my treadmill without an incline, reduced the amount of times per week of stepping, cut out the high step, stopped using ankle weights, and added in barre workouts like Fluidity and the Bar Method. I still work my upper body with weights and use circuit dvds w/ step. It's too early to tell if there will be any changes. My diet hasn't changed all that much. I have noticed my thighs don't seem as tight and swollen as they were when I was stepping almost every day for two months. The swelling just never went away!

Thanks for your response. I am doing alot of the same things, only no barre work. I have been walking on my treadmill with a 5% incline, but that has stopped as of today. I haven't done a step workout in 2 weeks.
