Check out the Michele Carmichael "Fuel" series. There is SoulFuel which is a fusion of tai chi, yoga and pilates--FlexFuel which is a full body weight workout--MetFuel is a cardio weight workout and JetFuel which has 2 workouts one with a stability ball and one with tubing each being 30 mins. I have been loving these.
