Hi Everyone,
I am planning to do rotation above once I have completed Rock Bottom aka Diamond cut bottom/Walnut cracker rotation

I aiming to do this before the new series get shipped to us.
Is anyone interested in this rotation? Are you adding cardio or not? What goal are you expecting to achieve?
Any one who has completed this rotation please share your views.
I am interested in this rotation to add upper body definition without neglecting lower body though.
