WOW!!!! Since my knee's been bothering me, I've tried to lay off so much high impact and thought I'd try one of these. What a workout! I did about 55 minutes of level 12, hill intervals. Today my hip flexors were killing me and even my abs were, too! Last night I felt almost nauseated (fine, I didn't eat anything previous to this
