Hey! After reading internet gossip, trashing and whatever all day I just wanted to say - this girl/woman is amazing! Please don't turn this into a religious topic ... I just wanted to say that given what she's been through and the dignity and privacy she and her family have shown is incredible. Reading about this trial and how she is so composed - and stayed out of the spotlight while healing - just wow.

I think Elizabeth and her family are awesome. I'm so impressed by how she has put her life back together and the extreme courage and presence she has had during this trial. It's the ultimate form of fighting back--being strong enough to endure, to go on with your life, to courageously challenge someone who has hurt you so much in order to make sure he can never hurt anyone again. What an example of strength she is. And, even though I have no personal connections with the Smart family, I'm proud to be from Salt Lake City because of how the entire family has handled this horrific ordeal.

I've always felt this girl and her family are just amazing examples of strength and courage. She's truly a class act and will go far in her life.
