Electronic Versions of User Manuals

Hello - I own the complete series for (don't judge - I really love these workouts):

X-Train
STS
ICE
Ripped with HIIT
Intensity
Hardcore
Low Impact

Of all of them I have the Ripped with HIIT and ICE User Guides in pdf versions. And the STS and XTrain in physical format - but I really prefer to have them all in pdf.

Are they on any of the discs already or do I have to purchase them separately? I found the links to purchase the downloads for X-Train and STS online under downloads, but I would rather not purchase if I already have them on the DVDs and I am not thrilled to scan my original copies in. I like to print only the pages I am using.

Any assistance would be welcomed!! Thank you!!

Hi there, I think the only "hard" copies are for STS and Xtrain. RWH & ICE have the online pdf versions which you download and
print if you want. I am not aware of any other user guides for any of the other DVD series.

Hi, the STS guide book can be purchased as a download. I haven't seen the XTrain as a download, but I haven't looked for it!
I think Cathe's guidebooks are fantastic and really useful and I hope that she'll keep on producing them.
