Hi,
When my husband & I lift (he's a Cathe fan, too
), he has pain in his elbow joint during chest and tricep work. He says it's during pretty much every type of lift for those muscle groups, and as far as either one of us can tell, it isn't his form. He asked me to post and ask you all if you have any suggestions 'cause he sees how much time I spend on here.
Any ideas about what he could try or what he may be doing wrong that we're just not noticing?
