Hi all,
So I understand that exercise can affect fertility positively or negatively. If you're obese, exercising will help; if you're an olympic gymnast, your fertility may suffer. I get that. But there's a lot of middle ground there.
I would LOVE to see a full post on how the various hormonal reactions to steady state cardio and HiiT-type workouts and lifting heavy affect fertility differently. What is the scientific research out there on these topics? Rules of thumb like 'exercise at most 7 hours/week' seem pretty useless in that middle ground between obese and olympic, and I've love to know the facts, if anyone's got them...
Thanks!
