eating right?

Hey Cathe. First I want to let you know how much I enjoy your workouts! I just wanted to know if there is a formula for how to eat properly for weight lifting workouts. Right now I am doing Power Hour and Imax 2 2days each and one day eliptical. Next month I will be doing the Intensity Series in a rotation. Sometimes I don't feel that I eat enough- due to running around with the kids, and sometimes I think I could eat better. I used weight watchers to lose the last 10 lbs of baby weight 3ish years ago and I still try to stay within the 22-25 point range but sometimes I still think I don't eat enough. I hope this makes sense. Thanks Cathe! :)
