Has anyone here incorporated timing of their meals to help keep their weight in control, including controlling blood sugar, etc.? I am thinking of Jorge Cruise's 3- hour diet, but the question actually applies more to just eating on a regular schedule?
if you do, do you find 2, 2.5, 3 or whatever hours as a regularly scheduled eating time helpful? Does it control hunger better? Just curious...
