Ladies:

Tina and I are going to check in with each other by email to encourage sticking to the Eat to Live diet. Shall we make it an ongoing post or do any of you want to get included in an Eat to Live email group??
 
Hi there- I would be interested as this is the one challenging facet of fitness that continues to be the bain of my existence-whewww-lets make a thread!!--deb
 
I am trying to change my diet to a more "Eat to Live" lifestyle. I am a Vegan but have been loading up on way to much prepackaged junk lately (not to easy on the wasteline or the budget). I would like to be included in the group or post with other people trying to follow the Eat to Live lifestyle. :)

May I join? I surly don't know much about eating too live or do I have the book. But, I do strive to eat right, lots I do not know, would love too :) :) :) :)

I did this for like a week and a half (sorta as a see how I like it thing and wasn't strict at all) and lost 6 lbs! And then Christmas happened for me too :) I gained back the 6 lbs!
 
Are we going to do this on a forum check in or through email? I'd like to join if possible. Thanks,

I just bought the book for the second time...lent the first one out. I have been a vegan for since june, but never followed ETL by the book. I'm up for this...deb
 
Go down to the bottom of the page and click on the bar that says "jump to another forum". You will find the "check in and challenges" forum there. Hope you join us!
