Eat good=Feel good !

I had a major "duh" moment last night. :7

I had a few 'bad' things to eat (tacos, cookies, smoothie, a few beers, etc.) and realized this morning that when I do that I feel very sluggish and just YUCK! But, I can eat a lot more GOOD food and feel fine, in fact, great and have energy to boot. I sure wish I'd realize that before I eat the bad stuff.

I'm going to concentrate on eating clean, because obviously it makes me feel better.

I've noticed that when I cheat to much I pay the price.
I get tummy aches and its no fun. But sometimes its so hard to turn down yummy treats even though I'm gonna pay the price.
I know I feel better when I eat better too!! :D

I know what you mean. I try to eat healthy most of the time but when I was doing BFL and had my "free day" I would overindulge and yep, I felt awful!

Keep up with your clean eating!
 
It is a necessary evil sometimes. What I mean is that we don't always feel like eating healthy/clean all the time, but if we don't then we end up looking like what we eat in the end and it is harder to form good habits if you jump off the wagon too often. Anyone want a donut? Reminds me of a young girl that was at the local pool just yesterday. Probably about 8 and could not get the innertube off her body. It was stuck because she was so overweight. Sad.
