Easier Choreography

Help, Help, Help! I've been more on the intermediate side for weight training, but beginner side for step (I don't have an issue with high/lo or kickbox) for quite some time...Crazy, I know...I've tried step workouts without a bench, then moving them on...Still just about end up on my butt! It's nuts...

Anyway, I've got Mega Step Blast, and would have to say the intensity is pretty good, but easier footwork...Any others you can recommend before they run out of videos in the cleasrance sale???

I've got CTX and BBlast series...

Thansk!

Both Step Fit, Step Heat and Power Max have simpler choreography than the most recent step workouts. Also, Step Works. The last two will ramp up the intensity also, and therefore give you a challenge to shoot for.

Well, I'm ordering Basic Step and The Classics (Step Jam, Step Heat and Step Max) on DVD...Hopefully those will help me get to where I need to be! My goal is to be able to do the step tapes I already have by my birthday (end of April)!!! Those would be the BB ones, and CTX (have MSB down)...

Thanks so much, Clare!

I started learning Cathe's step with the Classics too. I'm glad I started there. I am going to be ordering the Cardio Hits DVD soon since I feel I've graduated :)

Yes, Cardio Hits is a great graduation level after Cardio Classics. Then BB series, CTX and I-series are just a hop, step and a jump away!

Maximum Intensity Cardio is a really good one--it has both floor & step aerobics, & the step section is very basic but intense.
