Good Morning!

I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps today.. lots of push ups, which I did on my knees, but I did them all so I feel ok about that! What are there about a thousand? LOL :D I wasn't too impressed with the Combat pre-mix on Absolute Kickboxing. I'll try the straight kickboxing part and see how that is.. If I get Doms from the core work, I'll keep it for that.

Hi all!

Today was Chest, shoulders, tri and arx. Last day of this for 2 weeks!:) This is the hardest workout of the X for me!

Today was icycle/iclimb 23 on my spinning bike. The workout was 37 min long, but I kept spinning for 40 min.
 
Hi everyone! No morning workout for me today but I did realize that with my new schedule, afternoon workouts will NOT work for me! If I have just one or two errands to run after school/internship, that keeps me from the one time in the afternoon I could work out. And that doesn't even consider homework, either.

So, it looks like I'll be back here starting tomorrow!
 
Jill, sorry that your afternoon workouts won't be working for you. I am so glad to have you join in the check-in. See you tomorrow morning. What's your workout going to be? I'm doing Supersets.
