Good Morning!
I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps today.. lots of push ups, which I did on my knees, but I did them all so I feel ok about that! What are there about a thousand? LOL
I wasn't too impressed with the Combat pre-mix on Absolute Kickboxing. I'll try the straight kickboxing part and see how that is.. If I get Doms from the core work, I'll keep it for that.
