everything is set up to go off. my alarm clock will go off and just as i hit that snooze button my coffee maker starts a brewing. its a little loud but the aroma of coffee gets me out of bed. i sometimes have a hard time but i take a minute to pep talk myself up. plus i have so much time to workout before getting my daughter up and getting the both of us ready. she has school and the minute i get her on the bus i have to leave for work(i work at a high school). so i KNOW i will have a bad day if i don't workout.
i get to bed roughly 10-11pm. i also do some light yoga or pilates before bed. it helps me get to sleep faster and i get better nights rest with it. i usually get up 5:30 quarter of to give me a few minutes to wake up and enjoy a cup of java with skim milk. when i was a stay at home mom i would still get up early but not get a workout in until after viola got on the bus so it took time to adjust to this new schedule but consistency really made it easier over time.
