Ear Drops

Does anyone here use ear drops to clean their ears? If so which one do you recommend? Does it work?
I use to use Qtips but I just stopped buying them and it's been several months since I use anything to clean them and lately my ears feel clogged.

I am cursed w/an ear canal that is very narrow (only one, the other is normal). I ended up with a wax plug that caused so much pain I went to the doctor. They were able to remove about 70% of the plug, and OTC wax removal drops--used over the course of about a week---got rid of the rest of it.

The wax removal drops work (try Debrox).

A lot of people have issues w/this and it is not/not related to hygiene. Don't use Q-tip, as they will pack the wax in tighter.

I also recommend Debrox drops.

And, as Swimmer said, avoid the Qtips! They make it worse and it can be easy to dig too deep with them and cause damage to the inner ear.
