Ear buds that stay in when you run

Hi,
I just got an MP3 player :) but I have a hard time keeping the ear thingys in when I jog. Do the ones with the squishy stuff on them work better? I have been using a bandana to help them stay in, a fashion statement I usually reserve for camping trips.
What works for you?

I don't run but I ride (bike) and I use a little bit of that clear bandage type tape. I splits nicely so I just get a teensie little piece and it's pretty hard to see. But it works - for riding anyway. I don't know about for running.

Good luck!

Me, me, me.. (waves hand wildly)

I finally found something that works. I went through lots of different earbuds and found this on a site. I can vouch that they work and don't budge at all. The secret is in the top part (above the earbud) that hooks under the cartilage inside of your ear. Rather I should say they stay on thru extreme sweat and hard cycling, of course not the jarring of running, but I think they'd still work well. I'm soooo glad I finally found something that works. The green color is funky, but soooo much better than the duct tape I was using. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the responses. I will further investigate both of the suggested ear buds and the clear tape idea will hold me for the next week or so. LOL to duct tape. I guess it does fix everything!

I gave up on the buds. I use Sony MDR-G57 sport headphones that hook over your ear. The sound's really good... and I can keep them on no problem for up to an hour.

LOL Bill !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also gave up on my Ipod earbuds and switched back to the Sony sport headphones that came with my old portable CD player. They stay put and don't hurt my ears like the buds do.
