---E<:STS 6 month alumni-Halloween Week:>D---

Did you find Circuit Blast hard Cendrine?? I remember it being quite challenging.

Good for you for hanging in on the October rotation Rachael! I don't think I'll finish the last few days of the Oct rotation. I've missed a few days of working out now with not being able to be home much and cleaning when I was home. I have 4 weeks till Mexico and might try and squeeze in the November rotation. How much longer on this job??

Jo What a busy time for you! When do you actually move?? Congrats on the accounting test!

Only one showing on the house today and it was this evening so the whole family went out grocery shopping. They poured the concrete driveway at our new house today!

Kim, I actually liked Circuit Blast, but you can be sure I would say it's hard if I did the cardio part as well...LOL! But as it was with just all the toning and non impact work, it was doable even if it did get me more worked up than regular weight workouts....;)

Yay on the driveway! It's getting so close!

So just after I typed yesterday's post. We were all sitting in the basement relaxing and we could hear the front door open (8:15 pm). I guess there was some miscommunication and we didn't know there was a showing. It worked out okay as nothing much was happening and we just got in the car and went to a local coffeeshop for 1/2 hour. What a strange feeling to have people just walk in to your house. Makes me feel kind of nervous about working out after work, I don't want to be caught in the middle of a workout, feels like you need to be prepared to leave at any time.

Yea it is finally Friday! We went to our job this morning and there was a huge crane in the parking lot removing the a/c units from the roof! They are going to try and turn them around to see if that will fix their problem. I think they are just crossing their fingers at this point. So needless to say there was not going to be any regulated air so we had to stop for the weekend, which was fine by me.

I was supposed to do drill max this morning but I got up and then got ready to work out and just could not talk myself into it today. I was so sleepy. I just covered up on the couch and snoozed until time to get dh up. I was a little disappointed in myself this morning but I think the 3 days in a row of GS workouts wiped me out. Today was a scheduled 40 walk with abs anyhow but we are leaving early in the morning to go to the Fort WOrth zoo with some friends and I won't have time for it then. I can see why she kind of put more of a rest day on today though. I think I have a little bit of DOMS all over! lol

Kim-That would be weird. I would definitely be a little nervous about the afternoon workouts too. I know what a sweaty mess I am so if that is any indication of how it is for you, I might skip the afternoons unless you are absolutely sure they are not coming. It sounds like you are right about the market up there though. It seems like your house is getting shown a lot! That is great...and WOO HOO on the driveway!!!!!

Cendrine-I am more of a salt craver too. I don't need anything to make salty treats more enticing:eek:
I had to laugh at the chiro's husband losing all self control on your healthy almond joy treats. Now I might just have to make some too!

Jo-You poor thing! I hate that you life is a chaotic mess right now but you seem to be adjusting and still kicking butt in school!!!
It's kind of funny that t-shirt jeans and tennies are my everyday work outfit! hahaha I hope you are getting it all sorted out!

I probably won't be in tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

Rachel, no workout for me too, I felt my body asking for the day off...;)
Kim, there's no way I would workout with the chance of people showing up for a showing... You sure have to be flexible right now! This too shall pass!

I had ordered the kids some organic non-artificial anything candy, because the poor guys never get any candy from the store.... and it came yesterday. A big tub full of organic lollipops with 21 natural flavors.... I tired pomegranate last night and it tasted so much better than any of the artificial stuff ever could! the kids love it, and there is some all natural fruit based licoriche on the way for them too, they are happy campers right now...LOL!

Well I just took a look at the Nov. rotation and I am no longer feeling bad about taking the next three days off! The first week is all three Hiit workouts! So I think I am going to call these three days my rest days and really get geared up to hit it! Kim when are you thinking you are going to try to start it?

Cendrine-Super cool, candy without any artificial junk in it!!! Soon there is going to be a sub for everything that is bad for you. What a different world we are in today!

We got our possession date!! We get our new house January 31st!!!:D:D:D Nothing like moving in January on the Canadian prairies probably will be minus forty:rolleyes::rolleyes:. Will need to try out the new fireplace:D

We had 4 more showings on the house today:p We knew the housing market was good but this is great! Tomorrow we already have 3 showings booked and then Sunday is the Open House.

Rachael I was hoping to get started on the Nov. rotation today but didn't get out of bed this morning and don't want to workout tonight in case there is another showing (DH and ds are at the football game so he's not home to answer the door). My plan is to get up in the morning and start then. I'm sure you're tired after doing all the GS workouts!

I'm sure those kiddos are enjoying their treats Cendrine! I was going to tell you about my sister's California adventure. I think they were a bit disappointed with some things but maybe had too high of expectations. They saw San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles. They loved driving along the coast. San Diego was nice, they did the zoo and SeaWorld. They found Disneyland a bit of a disappointment after multiple visits to Disney World. Disneyland is just so tiny compared to the World and it was quite crowded. They are big Disney fans, like us, so still really enjoyed it though.

The went to a NHL game, LA Kings, and were really surprised at the language and behaviour of the fans and left early. They went to see Jimmy Buffet perform in LA and left early as they were so many intoxicated fans. My sister said the marijuiana smell was incredible at the concert. A very intoxicated gentlemen tried talking with her 11 yr dd when she came out of the bathroom.

They saw a news report about a shark attack on a 19 yr boy (fatal) one night so the kids refused to go swimming at the beach. She said she watched the LA news two nights and realized where they come up with the plots for CSI and Law & Order.

San Francisco she said was beautiful but the tourist area had lots of very strange people. (maybe because it was Halloween??) It rained alot while they were there.
Anyways they still enjoyed their trip but I don't think it was quite what they were expecting.

Just stopping in to say UHHHHH! I've been down with a migraine. So just wanted to pop in for a second here as I'm getting something to eat. It hit me yesterday around 1:00 p.m. and I'm just starting to feel better. So once again, I'm behind on posts! Whah! I should be back to normal tomorrow and I'll talk to you then!

Couldn't sleep so was up early this morning. Just finished 40/20 and ab cirucuits plates and weights. Felt good to workout after a few days but it was a challenging workout.

Hope you're feeling better Jo!

Going to be a very busy day for us.

Hi Everyone! Tick tock tick tock...don't forget to set your clocks back tonight!

I'm finally headache free this evening. Still had a residual headache all day and it took me all day to get caught up on homework and do my Nutrition test. Yeah that's over! DH is watching the 2nd Rambo movie so thought I'd pop in and see how everone is doing! This next week is going to suck at work as we're moving two weeks from yesterday. Sort, recycle, trash, temporary storage, and then what to do with the rest! Oh, and get my work done too! That's what's facing me now! HA!

KIM!!! CONGRATULATIONS on the house! That is a wonderful Christmas present!!! Hope all the rest goes as planned! I'm so excited for you! Wow, I can't believe the great traffic you're having with your current house. That is also wonderful! Your poor sister's vacation. Well hope they can remember more of what they enjoyed then what they didn't!

Rachel, hope you're having fun in Ft. Worth! It'll be interesting to hear how the A/C units turn out! It really makes you wonder how some of those mistakes happen doesn't it??? Scheesch! I've been meaning to ask you how the old arm is doing? I'm still struggling with my shoulder...it is getting better but v..e..r..y s..l..o..w..l...y :p

Cendrine, it feels like dehydrating season is upon us! I've got tons of apples I'm thinking about doing tomorrow (now that I'm caught up on homework! ;)) The candy sounds very interesting. I'm the same as you guys on the Cathe weights. I can match her on back, triceps and 1/2 the shoulders, not even close on biceps or chest! Oh and it depends on what workout it is too! Isn't that great cleaning up after other people? Fortuantely, since I've worked here for so many years, I know what's important, but it's a pain...especially when the person I'm cleaning up after was so disorganized!!!

You guys I don't know what I'm going to do about my workouts! I'm trying to at least spin, but I haven't been this inconsistent in a long time. Maybe after we finish the office move I can get into a routine. I'm just really running out of time! So at least I'm getting a few workouts in a week so it's not like I'm not doing anything...but still. And, at least I'm still eating good (except for those 5 almond joys!) If I was happy to only get a C... BUT I'M NOT!

Have a great day tomorrow! Talk to you tomorrow!
