DVDS

I posted this to a different forum and it was suggested I post it here as well.

I am not sure who reads these messages as I have never posted on any forum before, but I am writing to let Cathe know that her DVDs have been a tremendous help in my weight loss program. I began running 2 years ago in an effort to lose 40 pounds by the time I turned 40. About a year and a half in, I stopped losing weight by running and came across Cathe's DVDs when searching for advanced exercise programs on the Internet. I am a mother of 2 and do not have babysitting available to me for gym membership or other types of outside the home exercise. Cathe's DVDs allowed me to exercise in my home in a way no other exercise DVD had before. I am losing weight again and gaining muscle in my upper body. Even though it is likely other people have told her before, I thought Cathe would like to hear again how much she is helping people work out in their homes. I have purchased all of her HardCore series DVDs as well as some of her older step and her newest releases. I can't always follow the step combinations smoothly, especially on her latest DVD, but I just rewind and try again. I love the kick boxing and the boot camp. I just wanted to say thank you and hope someone can pass my gratitude along to her.
