DVD's vs. Fit TV

Hi everyone,

I have been working out with Cathe on Fit TV since late last fall, and am new to the forums. My first question is: Is there any difference between what is on TV and on the DVD's?

Secondly, in my attempt to lose weight, I have gained about 5 pounds. Does this initial increase in weight ever start to go away? I understand that it is muscle that I am gaining. But doesn't muscle burn fat to make you also lose weight eventually?
