DVD Trouble

Hi everyone,
I just bought a new DVD and tried my Cardio kicks disc this morning. In the cool down of the workout the picture froze and then kind of skipped up a bit. Then when I was selecting circuit max from the main menu all the pictures melted together ans then it went to my selection, the workout. I couldn't tell if it took me to the beginning of the workout or skipped ahead. I am wondering if it is the disc or the dvd player. Both brand new and used for the first time. Have any of you experienced this? I will check my 4 other dvd's toinght to see if I have the same problem.

I suggest you write to customer support. I have ALMOST the same problem with MIC (or is it IMAX?) - it froze for a few seconds. I wrote to customer support, and Chris told me that it froze when it moves from the 1st layer to the 2nd layer - older DVD does that. Since you have a new DVD, and I do not have Cardio Kicks, so I really don't know the answer to your question. The best thing is to ask customer service.

All dual layer disc will have a skip where there is a layer change from layer 1 to layer 2. As for the other problem I'm having trouble understanding your explanation. Spend some time playing around with your DVD player and trying all the disc and let us know if you have further problems.
