I'm a fairly new Cathlete. I have the XTrain Series, LIS Cardio Blast & Afterburn, Gym Style (all 3), X10, KPC, STS Abs, MMA Boxing, + a couple of others.
What I need to know is which I can substitute in for the Jan 2014 rotation for the following DVDs.
Flex Train Plus Kick Max (leg conditioning drills only)
Cardio Core Circuits
BodyBlast series Legs and Glutes - I was thinking XTrain Legs here.

4DS…Kickbox in its entirety - Thinking KPC here.
Cross Fire - maybe drill max here??
STS Plyo Legs (any of the 4 week discs) - I was thinking XTrain Cardio Legs.
