Hi all!
I was wondering what I can substitute for "CTX step intervals" and "Muscle Max". I was thinking Interval Max & Muscle Endurance? I'm doing Cathe's "fat burning w/focus on butts and guts" rotation and I don't have those two DVDs. Thanks!

For Step & Intervals you could use any of the Imax premixes such as Imax 3 Intervals 1-5 or 6-10. For MM, You could use ME but you won't be able to go as heavy with ME. Do you have MIS? I personally think that would be a better substitution. Or you could try the Pyramid Bonus Total Body Premix. HTH and maybe others will chime in with their suggestions soon!

I think I will use MIS (I do have that one) instead of ME, great suggestion! I haven't tried MIS yet but I'm looking forward to it. I'm new to Cathe and am just LOVING all her workouts thus far, I can't imagine there being one I won't like! I also have the "Hardcore Extreme" so maybe insteads of Interval Max (holy KILLER workout that I couldn't even get through half of!!), I will do some of the IMAX intervals from that DVD. **edit - although I'm SURE the intervals fro IMAX 2 & 3 are just as hard **
