DVD help

I just purhased a DVD player and CTX on DVD. I can access all of the workouts except All Step and can't get the DVD player to access that workout. All Step shows up on the menu but when I hit play my TV screen just displays the name of the DVD player on a blue screen. All the other workouts play.

Any suggestions.

The first thing I would try doing is cleaning the disk. Here is the link to the "DVD School" post by SNM from the Video and DVD Questions and Comments forum (it's the top post).

If that doesn't work, I'd try it in another DVD player if you have one or have a friend that has one. If that doesn't work, I'd contact SNM.
