Help guys, I'm confused.
Regarding the DVD#2 beginner/intermediate High Step workout to be filmed. Does "circuit" mean that Cathe is alternating between cardio and weights or does circuit mean that she is alternating between upper and body toning using the high step. Will this workout include cardio is mainly what I'm asking? Circuit can sometimes mean different things to different people.
Thanks, just wanted to ask you guys before asking in the "ask Cathe" section.
