dumbbell question

Hi all -

I remember reading a while back that there's a company that sells plates that somehow attach to dumbbells to make the weight slightly heavier. Does anyone know the name of this company and what the cost of the plates are? I'd really like to start going heavier, but sometimes the difference between 15 to 20 lbs (or anything that's heavier than you feel like pushing yourself!) really seems to be a lot!

Hi Michele!

I did a search for you. Go to the top of the page and click on the "Search" icon.(The flashlight)

On the next page, Put in Keyword "attach weight"
Search "All Fields"
"All Forums"
"Last 1 Year".

This will take you to a string of threads. I think it is the second thread down called "Increasing Weight." That will give you all the info including a site to buy the PlateMates. Hope this is what you were referring to. Let me know if you have trouble finding it and I can get the info for you.
