I love the drop set of push ups in the Chest workout, but I have to know...Did you and your crew really do all those push-ups with the minimal rest between sets that are presented in the workout? My husband is a pretty tough athlete and even he couldn't get though it without a little break.
I am used to drop sets -25, 15, 12, 12, 10, but I always put more rest between the sets than you do in the GS workout. I got to the set of 8 and had to drop to my knees. I can't wait to do it again to see if I can get to the set of 6 before I drop to my knees. I love it when its tough!! Thanks!
