Drill Max Total Body Premix

I did this premix this morning. It was fun and different. I was not too intimidated by the divebomber push ups, but those other push ups, where you pull your knee into your side as you go down to the floor are killer! The only complaint I had was the tricep dips on the stability ball- those were way too scary for me. I kept nearly slidding off, which made me stop doing the exercise for fear of causing bodily injury. I don't know if the tightness or firmness of the ball would make it easier/harder, but my ball could use some air, so maybe I can air it up the next time I do this workout. I liked the bicep work seated on the ball, but I felt my dumbbell touching the ball too often, so I need to get my form down on that one. How do you sit on the ball so the weight doesn't keep pumping into it? The other issue I had with this workout was there is no core work. So, I just added on the ab section from LIC (which I love). I did like those side planks where you pick up the weight. That was original, I'd never seen that before. I also enjoyed the leg work, particularly the exercise where you held the ball in front of you. Overall, a good workout. I hope I can get my heel spurs under control so I can the cardio sections of DM soon. They look so fun!

I think it was 62 minutes in length, according to the listing. I added LIC abs onto it and did that cooldown instead, so I don't think mine was exactly that length.
