I'd like to see an all out intense 'Blast' only workout with super brief recoveries. No steady state cardio stuff before the blasts - just blast after blast after blast. Kind of like the Imax blast only premixes but instead of 20 or 30 minutes, you'd get 60 minutes of all high intensity, all high impact cardio moves. Some on the step, some off the step; some with no equipment, maybe a few with the med ball.
I know a few others will not want this, but I think it is MUCH easier to modify down than it is to modify up. And I still think the majority of Cathe's fan base are ADVANCED at-home exercisers.
