I am new to Cathe, about 3 months. But I am so hooked up with her w/o. I love leg drills in KickMax. I hope she can make some more similar one, like upper body drills, lower body drills, each is about 30mins to really lengthen and shape up our bodies.

I would like this as well - something without using weights that shapes those legs, core, and arms -

It would be a nice change of pace, but Cathe fans are known for their love of pushing the body to the max, so Cathe would really have to think hard as to how to do this using just our own body weight - could be an interesting challenge for her - maybe using props only }( }( :9
