Downloading for Dummies

I have a very basic question: I have a Windows Vista and and
Windows 7 laptop. I generallly use Apple TV to stream material to my TV. How would I proceed with Cathe Live or the workout downloads. Do I need to link my pc to the HDTV? Or, can I get from my computer. I am missing something here.

You would need a piece of software like AirParrot (AirPlay mirror your Windows or Mac computer to an Apple TV) in order to "fill the gap" between using your computer's browser and sending the video via AirPlay to your Apple TV. Since Windows does not support AirPlay and Apple considers AirPlay its proprietary technology, you'll need to look at a third party solution like AirParrot. They do have a free trial so that you can make sure that it works for you before you pay for it. Let me know how it works for you!
