Gonna do this on Sunday. Reviewed the workout really quick so I could note my weight choices. I foresee more grip challenges ahead. I think I may feel justified using my DMoose Hooks for this workout.

I'm excited to see her incorporating heavy weights with the floor work exercises (instead of just ankle weights). She does give you the option to use a fabric loop, instead, for some. (I'll be using that option for the outer-thigh hydrants - I dislike having a weight behind my knee with that.)

She explains in the beginning of the workout that the belts are for if you're going really heavy, while she chooses to stay "light" (light is totally subjective, of course.) I'm curious if any of her crew were really lifting heavier than her, or with their own unique fitness levels were lifting the same as Cathe, but opted for the belt for personal peace-of-mind.

I'm curious how the Quad Lean Backs are going to feel. They look fun. :)

I am disappointed. I received SNM’s email about the delay for On Demand customers. Hopefully next time On Demand customers will get the next workout BEFORE the people who purchased LMR2. Maybe they could begin working on uploading the next workout at least a week before the release date.

The OnDemand workouts have always taken longer to get than downloads or dvd shipments, so the workouts are not late, this is how it has always been. At least without the premixes, it doesn't take as long for them to be put out. I have no problem waiting since it's only a few days. I cannot imagine how hard and how much work must go into this since it's not just a website but all the apps have to be worked on at the same time.

I hope to do this Monday with modifications. It looks good. Here is the breakdown:

Cathe Ondemand releases always take longer than the DVDs and downloads because there are many, many more steps involved, and it also takes developers and engineers outside of our company to make the final connections.
