Is it OK to double up your workouts to make up for a skipped session? I'll usually do 3 days cardio (IMAX, MIC, KickMax, etc) and 3 days STS. If I do cardio on an STS day, it's very moderate like dance or walking. I usually take Sun as a rest day. Yesterday (Mon), I was so tired that I couldn't get up the strength to workout at all, so this morning I woke up extra early and did Body Max 2 cardio premix + STS. Can I "count" that Body Max workout as yesterday's session and still take a rest day Sunday?
