Don't get bummed out

I had to post this in hopes of keeping others in my situation from falling into an "Oh my gosh,I can't do high impact Cathe for months!" funk.Three weeks ago I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my ankle. The doc said "Absolutely NO high impact!!!" I thought I would cry. So I've been doing the first week of Cathes Rock bottoms rotation with no high impact. It's actually doable and it isn't bothering my ankle at all.
so,if you have an injury, you may not have to go cold turkey off of Cathe.:7

Great tip Karen! Sorry to hear of your injury but glad to know you are not completely out of commission. Heal well! Hit that UB & ABS good too! :7

Thanks Karen. What a positive attutude. I broke my big toe about 3 weeks ago and have been s l o w l y getting back into working out using much less impact than I was before. So I agree it is doable :)

Yes, the modifications are doable. I broke a toe last week and was able to modify Imax2 yesterday (interval 1-5 only, though). And with a pretty significant heart rate too!

Hi thanks Debbie,Amy and Amy for the well wishes. A broken toe sounds mighty inconvenient, are you able to wear shoes or do you have to wear sandals?
