done with the first month of CLX

and have seen no changes in my body. I feel stronger but physically no changes. I thought I would see something. I have been trying to eat better and six meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Adding in extra protein for the wt workouts. I guess maybe I need to wait and finish the entire 3 months but If I dont see something by then I will be really disappointed. I read on this forum that someone else did this rotation and only had strength gains nothing else, I am hoping that isnt the case with me. I really wanted to get leaner and shrink my body. we will see I guess.
 
Lots of folks on VF did the program and saw visible results, as well as weight and inch loss. Stick with it! Strength gains are a VERY good indicator that your body is changing, you just need to be patient. If you are looking to lose weight, you also need to be diligent about your diet - it's the most important part of the weight loss equation.
 
I know that diet is a big part of it, that is why I am trying to decrease my calories and make healthier choices. But I almost feel bulkier since doing the first month. she does so much leg work. I feel that I work my legs more than my upper body.
