DOMS!!

I am experiencing severe DOMS today after doing L&G Sunday, upper body split + abs Monday, and KPC today. I can barely move! I was just wondering what everyone does (if anything) to alleviate muscle soreness.

I just did KPC today too! I love, love, love it!!

Personally, I can't give you any suggestions to alleviate the soreness. Sorry! Maybe others know something.

I usually just enjoy it!
 
Actually I've found that LIGHT cardio/stretching followed by Vicks Vaporub and mild heat applications always manages to work wonders for me.

I personally will take a rest day if it is really really bad, just some stretching and a hot tub and call it good. If it is bad but I can still move;) I will do a light cardio or just go for a good walk. Usually more exercise is all that will get me warmed up and moving well again.
 
Hi Laura,

I had major DOMS after doing GSL for the first time last week. I did yoga and pilates abs the next day and wasn't as sore. Definitely stretch somewhat.

Same advice here too I guess,
I always stretch, then take a hot bath and massage as many as the sore muscles as I can. I doesn't knock the pain out completely but definitely lessons the degree.
It's a continuing process.....
