Dear Cathe,

I am following the May rotation and i am schedule to do CTX Upper Body today. If I am still slightly sore from doing CTX Upper on Tuesday, should I wait one more day and do Rhymic Step today and upper
tommorrow? I am wondering do I have to be completely sore free before resuming weight training?

I leave for work very early in the morning, so I missed your segment on GMA, hopefully, GMA will allow you to post something, maybe a clip, of the show in the forums.

Cathe, thanks for responding. I thought you needed some muscle soreness to get very defined muscles. Could you please explain, if possible, how muscles become toned. The reason I am asking is because i have been lifting weights, on and off, for years and my arms and legs still look the same. I do have to admit, since I decided to be more comitted and complete this rotation, after two days, I am seeing some definition especially in my shoulders. I know you are busy, so take your time.
