I have done Butts n Gutts for once a week now for probably over 2 months now except 1 week and every week by day 2 afterwards I'm really sore.
Plus I get mild doms from my upper body workouts as well...every week.
I feel it may be affecting my cardio ability. I couldn't even get through cardio fusion in its entirety this morning. I feel fatigued pretty quickly from any intense cardio lately.
Is it all this doms I get every week that's making me fatigue like this?
I eat clean, veggies and fruits everyday, take vitamins, take super green food pills. I even took a recovery week around 6 weeks ago.
