DOMS - first time since Summer!

I did KPC yesterday for the first time in a few months. I've been avoiding it because of the trouble I have with my hip flexibility. Well, this morning I was moving around thinking, "what the heck did I do yesterday? Why are my legs and butt sore?" And then it hit me...KPC!!!!

The interesting thing about my flexibility is...I started working on it a couple months ago with Stretch Max, and then adding some yoga. Now it seems that the range of motion on my trouble side is actually better than on the side that was OK to begin with! Isn't that weird???? I think it's weird.

I think it's very cool that you increased your flexibility so much that it had a noticible affect (DOMS) on your lower body workout. I, too, am hoping to intensify my training by focusing on increasing my flexibility....tougher to do as we get older!

I enjoy the DOMS "pain" -- love it even!
