Doing STS Workout in Isolation?

Does anyone use these DVDs in isolation? Meaning, not using them as part of the whole program? For example, I know I need more cardio in my routine, so I am using Plyo Legs in replacement of my "Leg" weights day and then upper body two other days in the week in addition to running and Hiit during the week. Does anyone use the other workouts at random times, and if so, how do you use them?
