Doing Low Max

Today I am officially trying low max all the way through. So far I've rehearsed it and did the premixes. I'm not sure how it will go, so with me luck!!:)
 
All I can say is go for it!! You'll feel it tomorrow, and Monday, and maybe Tuesday....But you'll feel so accomplished!!

Good Luck! You will love it. Low Max is one of my favorite. Maybe I will do it with you today from afar since it is my cardio day.:)
 
Phew!! I did it! Blast 4 almost sent me into cardiac arrest, but once I was through that, I knew I was going to make it. I really like blast 7, it's fun and I know I'm almost done!
 
I was reading on collage video that in terms of difficulty this one has "moderate" choreography (as opposed to basic or complex). How would you rate it? Too tough for someone with two left feet?

Oh, I just love this workout, one of my favorits. I think you will also love it, and know that your legs will be sore the next couple of days. Have fun with it. I would rate this as a high intermediate.

It's not too bad. She does a few "cha cha pivots" that throw me. I highly recommend running through a few times before going "all out". I "rehearsed" and did the shorter versions, "premixes" first.
 
I remember the 1st time I did low max, it seemed so long. I remembered being so pooped! But I was so excited!

Weird to be reminiscing over a workout video!!!
 
I heard Debbie (Fitnessfreak) burned 378 calories w/ this workout, without even doing the last blast!!!! I gatta do it more often;-)

Just did this one for the first time - wish I hadn't done PH with heavy weights yesterday x(

Oh well, I'm one of those who likes DOMS :7

Hello!
I just did Low Max this this morning. I only had to stop for breathers a couple times. My brand new HRM said I burned 447 calories. It was tough tough tough, but I feel great now.
